Temple Time!
September 7, 2020 The House of the Lord Well, welcome to September, I guess. September in Texas is a lot like August in Texas, in that it's going to hit 93 degrees today, and then plummet to a high of 48 this Wednesday. Yayyyyyy Anywho, missionary work! Our mission recently moved into phase 1, which means that we still can't street or door contact, but now we can have meetings with people we're teaching in their homes as long as we have masks on. So do my days still feel more or less the same now than they did two weeks ago? Yes. Yes they do. Remember how I was in a trio? Yeah, not anymore. Elder Perez got transferred down to Lubbock to be a Zone Leader, so it's just me and Elder Erickson (and Elders Castleberry and Tomisin too) here in Plainview. So that's going to be an adventure! We had Zone Conference last week, and it was awesome! Probably my favorite part was when President Child talked about Repentance. He spoke about how it's not just about turning away
