Facebook Finding Party

In missionary news, we had a Facebook finding party with the other Elders in our area, and it was,a blast! I made some of my famous-amongst-Plainview-missionaries Chili Lime Chicken! It sure was a blast! I think I'm finally getting the hang of FB finding a little better! There are definitely people being prepared for us there.

Andrew is doing good! Right now he's preparing himself to get baptized on the 22nd, so in about three weeks. He has all of the lessons except the last one; other than that, he jus needs to come to church a couple more times. 

The branch here is SO amazing! They're giving us dinner almost every day, they're really trying to help us teach our people, and they're just super solid! I love them so much, they're helping the work move forward a ton!

We saw a snake when we were playing disc golf the other day! It was like a bull snake or something, not a rattle snake, but it was still kinda cool to see some nature other than bunnies (the course is INFESTED with them).

Spiritual thought! Obedience to commandments is like wearing a mask. Some people see them as restricting and difficult to wear/do. But in reality, it's a lot better than falling into sin/getting Covid because then we REALLY aren't free to do whatever we want. So wear a mask and be obedient!
