Sunday Baptism

The baptism. Valeria was so happy! She is 11 years old.
Just to get it out of the way, we had a baptism on Sunday! It was so wonderful and beautiful. Her name is Valeria, and she went to the temple with the youth in the stake a few weeks ago, and she wanted to go in but couldn't because she wasn't baptized yet. Well now she's baptized and so she can go in the temple now :) And now we get to teach her the lessons again and pass her off to the ward.

As for the rest of our people we're visiting, they're all doing really well! Rosa is still on date to be baptized on the 21st of March, and she went to a baptism some of the other elders had in our area. And afterwards we asked her what she thought and felt, and she said that she was definitely still set on being baptized, so that's awesome! This week will be a lot of making sure she is a hundred percent on everything we've been teaching her.

And we finally got to visit Maite and her family! And we finished teaching her everything, so basically we're just waiting for her parents' permission. We're going to visit this week, so that'll be really exciting! We've been praying a lot for this family, so we have faith it'll all work out!

And also we got the phone number for Laura! She has this super crazy schedule, so it's been really hard to set a visit with her. But now if she ever has time to visit she's just going to shoot us a text, so that's awesome! She's been reading the Book of Mormon a little bit, so that's been awesome to see!

Also we had Zone Conference! We learned how to better use the Book of Mormon in our  teaching, so we're basically going to be using it in every lesson now. I love the Book of Mormon so much, and encourage all of you guys to study it every day, especially with Come, Follow Me. That manual was inspired from the Lord, and it can really help everyone of us to understand this wonderful book so much more.

All right, that about wraps it up! This week should be a realtively normal week outside of visiting Rosa tons so she can get prepped for baptism, but yeah! Thanks for all of your emails, and I hope you all have a great week! :)
Some cool gangster hats we got at a ward activity on Saturday.

Ravioli we made! It was very delicious!
